State Department Revokes VISAs for Celebrating Charlie Kirk’s Death

In a bold escalation of its immigration enforcement, the U.S. State Department announced on October 14, 2025, that it had revoked the visas of at least six foreign nationals—hailing from Argentina, South Africa, Mexico, Brazil, Germany, and Paraguay—for posting social media comments that celebrated or mocked the assassination of conservative activist Charlie Kirk the previous month at Utah Valley University.
